Join Chef Michelle Dodek for a peek into Jewish cuisine with an updated twist. This workshop will weave together cooking techniques, history and some weird facts to produce an enduring classic dish you’ll never find anywhere in Vancouver.

Michelle will take the knish, a staple of Ashkenazi cuisine, and fill it with a hearty plant based that will turn this delicious side dish into main course or a very filling snack. You’ll eat a knish, learn the secrets of stretch dough and take home some knishes to enjoy later.
