Come join us for our first hike of the year at the beautiful Maplewood Flats (Wild Bird Trust) in North Vancouver. This time, my nephew Dr. David Bradley, Ornithologist will accompany us for a birding tour.  This will be an easy 1.5 hour walk around the park with beautiful views, foliage and wild birds as they begin their migration north. We can then go afterwards to the North Shore favourite "The Crabshop" nearby for a delicious fish and chips lunch.
