Book of Remembrance 2025

During Yom Kippur services, we recite the Yizkor prayer in memory of loved ones who passed away. We create a booklet which includes the names of congregants and close family members of congregants who passed away in the last year along with the names on the Yahzeit plaques in the sanctuary. If you want to include other loved ones, please submit this form and include the names you wish to include.
Last day for submission is Monday, September 15th at noon.
